Saturday 13th of July: Doncombe Herd Visit
A thoroughly enjoyable day was had by all. The visit started as it was set to continue with delicious beef rolls and sumptuous cakes. The cattle were all very well behaved and made imposing figures in the scorching sunshine. The finale was a lineup of bulls that had to be seen to be believed. There were 15 Doncombe bulls and Dodimead Slogger and Retyn Skywalker also were there. 60+ people turned up to the event and we would like to express our thanks to those that made the journey. To those that didn’t - You have no idea what you missed out on.
